The day starts before the gate.

Las Vegas can tempt a visitor to pack every hour too tightly. My more useful approach is to decide how you will arrive, what you will carry, and how you will leave before game-day energy starts choosing for you.

Build in more arrival time than feels necessary. Traffic patterns, parking instructions, walking routes, rideshare areas, and event details can shift. The current event information should always have the final word.

Pack light and do a last check of current entry requirements the night before. A brief look at the official guide is much easier than sorting out a surprise at the curb.

Make an exit plan while everyone is still calm. If the group is using transit, rideshare, a taxi, or a hotel walk, agree on the route and a meeting point before kickoff. That little bit of planning makes the postgame crowd feel manageable.
